Aaron Katz, President
As a strategy development and organizational improvement consultant, working with the world’s leading multinational organizations, including GE Capital, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Emerson Electric Company, and Eaton Corporation, Mr. Katz is able to bring perspective from many different industries to key issues such as distribution channel management, product sourcing, brand management, and sales structure. Having worked for 7 years as an executive at Choice Hotels, International – franchisor of leading consumer brands such as Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion Hotels, amongst others Aaron is an expert in the hotel franchise business, in several key areas including internet distribution channel performance, franchise impact, franchise quality assurance and compliance, and brand management.
Adam Gollance, CFO
Our centralized finance and accounting discipline is lead by our Chief Financial Officer, Adam Gollance, who comes to PHS from Cushman & Wakefield and most recently, Marriott International as Vice President of International Finance. While at Marriott, Adam had a broad range of responsibilities including leading hotel profit optimization efforts for all of Marriott’s international properties, asset managing Marriott’s owned hotels and numerous repositioning projects to help drive hotel profitability. Adam and his team have a broad array of tax, market valuation, accounting and controls experience. Whether you require accounting

Jerry Early, SVP of Revenue
Jerry draws from an expansive 17 year career at Marriott, with sales expertise in full service Marriott hotels, Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn. He is an expert in market development, having opened or turned underperforming hotels around in major markets across the US such as Houston, Denver, New Orleans, Orlando, Somerset, New Jersey and Bethesda, Maryland. Guided by Jerry’s direct sales experience, our sales organization will quickly assess your market, review existing sales talent, build an effective plan of attack and penetrate key demand generators. He has also brought a keen understanding of ecommerce marketing as it relates to the lodging industry to PHS, which is key to the success of any hotel in this age of tech savvy travelers.
Janine Heath, VP of Operations
Janine brings 30 plus years of operational leadership spanning both full service and boutique hotels throughout the United States. Ms. Heath provides the direction to quickly assess the operation, gain control and maximize profits. Always keeping the guest experience firmly in the forefront, Ms. Heath has successfully improved operations utilizing her ability to identify deficiencies and implement changes quickly to maximize returns to the ownership. Her strength in building strong leadership teams provides the
framework for improving guest experience, employee satisfaction and positive financial performance within the organization.
