Over the past 25 years, Potomac Hospitality Services has been involved in the development, ownership and management of more than 4,000 hotel rooms in the Mid-Atlantic region. Due primarily to owner preference, the portfolio has been focused in the Washington, D.C. area. Recently, PHS has selectively added to its portfolio with properties in Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago.
