Jerry has specialized in developing proactive teams and has been recognized by Marriott as one of the industry's best. In 1997 Residence Inn by Marriott recognized Early's sales team as the 'Sales Team of the Year'.

In his new position he will work closely with the hotels to create additional direct sales training resources, sales and marketing support, and processes that will help develop the infrastructure to grow our sales organization.

Through his experience in directing multi-hotel, multi-brand organizations Jerry will help align the sales efforts for our portfolio of hotels and leverage the synergies of our dynamic team.
