This early 1960s downtown office building has experienced a successful repositioning as a provider of student housing. Potomac Hospitality Services, a Cafritz Interests affiliate, holds a long-term lease on the building and serves as property manager.
The building was renovated to accommodate 119 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. The suites serve as residences for students at nearby Kendall College and Robert Morris College. Since opening in the summer of 2000, 320 North Michigan has consistently surpassed occupancy and revenue projections.
