Mr. Santucci directs the preventative maintenance of all PHS properties and supervises all renovation projects, developing comprehensive time lines that ensure timely completion of each project.

During his 20-year career, Mr. Santucci has served as Chief HVAC Engineer at the Washington Hilton Hotel and Lead Engineer with Miller Management, where he oversaw the operations of a 375,000 square foot office building and shopping mall. Later, he served as Director of Engineering at two Marriott Hotels and the Holiday Inn

Crowne Plaza in Washington, D.C. Prior to his appointment as the Regional Engineer for Potomac Hospitality Services, he was the Operations manager at the historic Old Post Office Pavilion.
