Steve Seeger

Mr. Seeger oversees all facets of human resources for the entire company. He works closely with the General Managers in the areas of recruitment, employee relations and retention, and regulatory compliance. He is also active in the community serving on the Hotel HR Directors' Association and on the board of the Marriott Hospitality Public Charter High School.

After graduating from the University of Richmond, he began his career with the Sheraton organization. He joined Potomac Hotel Group as General Manager, where he served at a variety of properties.

After three years he joined Embassy Suites as part of the opening team at their Crystal City hotel. After returning to PHS, he has served as General Manager and Director of Human Resources.
